Contest Rules & Regulations
- ReginaShops.com owners, employees, or any relative living in the household with such members shall not be eligible to win any prize in the ReginaShops.com Prize Draws.
- The winners agree to disclosure of their name and any reasonable publicity associated with the announcement of the prize winners.
- Only Saskatchewan residents, over 19 years of age, and who are active ReginaShops.com newsletter subscribers are eligible to win a prize.
- How to Enter Prize Draws:
- Join our ReginaShops.com Newsletter to be eligible for the New Subscriber Weekly Prize Draw. Subscribers will be eligible to win in the New Subscriber Weekly Prize Draw for only the week in which they subscribed.
- Find the hidden "Enter To Win" Ad to be eligible for the Monthly Prize Draw.
- All Monthly Prize Draw entries and winners will be eligible to win the Yearly Grand Prize Draw and will be automatically entered for the current year's Grand Prize Draw (provided they have successfully entered at least one Monthly Prize Draw in the same year).
- Remember that you must be an active ReginaShops.com newsletter subscriber to be eligible to win a weekly, monthly or yearly prize.
- All prizes are non-transferrable and must be accepted as awarded (no substitutions).
- All prize draw winners will be notified by e-mail.
- Draws will be held on:
- New Subscriber Weekly Draw – First business day of the next week.
- Monthly Draw – First business day of the next month.
- Yearly Grand Prize Draw – First business day of the next year.
- Deadline to enter the draws: (midnight on the following days)
- New Subscriber Weekly Draw – Saturdays
- Monthly Draw – Last day of the month
- Yearly Grand Prize Draw – Last day of the year
- All decisions regarding the draws, their results and the awarding of prizes will be made by the draw sponsor representative, whose decisions shall be considered final.
